Isn't your federation playing in the IFA-League yet? Then don't hesitate to register. The participation conditions can be found in the rules. Every new federation gets 5 slots for the IFA Europa Cup. Winning matches and e.g. reaching the knockout-rounds will increase your total amount of slots and you can play in the Champions-League.
